Who we are

Placing an order

By placing an order through our website, you’re making an offer to buy a product or event ticket, which we accept once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock or listed at an incorrect price — and if this happens, we’ll let you know and refund any payment taken in full.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout. All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Pricing and stock

We take care to ensure prices and stock levels shown on the website are correct, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or stock error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before proceeding and give you the option to confirm at the correct price, choose an alternative, or cancel for a full refund.

Event tickets

Tickets for classes, herb walks, Qigong sessions and talks are sold subject to our separate Event Terms, which cover transfers, refunds, cancellations, weather, minimum attendance, accessibility and conduct. Please read these before booking.

Cancellations

Products: You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, our Shipping & Returns policy applies instead.

Events: Cancellation and refund terms for tickets are set out in our Event Terms.

Consultations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, recipes, formulations and the Gwen’s Garden name and logo — belongs to Gwen’s Garden or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without permission.

Liability

We aim to describe our products and services accurately, but nothing on this website constitutes medical advice — see our Product Disclaimer for more detail. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products, website or services. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
